Your clients, your link

BookingMaven is tattoo booking software built around the consultation request. A client picks an artist, taps the placement on a front and back body map, describes the idea, picks styles and a palette, adds reference photos, and chooses a time. The request lands in your dashboard with the zones and references attached. You confirm it and the client gets an email. No payment is taken in the request, so you set deposit terms once you have seen the piece. Start free with one artist.

How booking works for tattoo studios

  1. 1

    Request

The client opens the request from a service on your page, such as a consultation or a full session, and picks an artist. The request shows what they picked.

  2. 2

    Placement

They tap zones on a front and back body map. Chips list every zone they chose, and the zones are saved on the request.

  3. 3

    Idea

They describe the piece in their own words, pick styles and a palette, and add reference photos.

  4. 4

    Time and send

They pick a date and an open slot on that artist's calendar, add a name and an email, and send. The request arrives as pending. You review it in the dashboard, agree on deposit terms your way, and confirm, and the client gets a confirmation email and reminders 24 hours and 1 hour before.

Body placement map

A front and back body map with tappable zones from the head to the feet, including ribs, shoulders, forearms, hands, glutes, thighs, and calves. Clients can mark more than one zone per request.

Reference photos, styles, and palette

Clients upload reference images and choose from thirteen styles, from traditional and blackwork to realism and watercolor, plus a black and gray, full color, or mixed palette.

Your form, your order

Turn the styles, palette, and reference photo sections on or off and reorder them from Settings. The description box always stays.

Per-artist calendars

Each artist has a profile with a photo, bio, and specialties, and their own calendar. Clients pick the artist first, so a request never lands on the wrong book.

Requests you can read

Every request opens in the dashboard with the placement zones, the idea, and reference photos laid out, on the booking and in the calendar.

Common questions

Does the client pay a deposit when they send a request?

No. The request is sent without payment so you can review the piece first. The form tells the client the studio will confirm terms before any deposit, and you agree on the deposit your way after you review.

Can I book consultations separately from sessions?

Yes. Consultations and sessions are separate services with their own durations and prices. Clients pick one from your page before the request opens, and the request shows what they picked.

What does the body map cover?

Front and back views with zones for the head, ears, neck, chest, abdomen, ribs, pelvis, upper, mid, and lower back, glutes, shoulders, upper arms, forearms, hands, thighs, calves, and feet. Clients can pick as many as they need.

Can each artist manage their own book?

Yes. Every artist has their own profile and calendar under one studio page. Invite artists by email on Team and up.

Can clients book me from Instagram?

Yes. Put your booking link in your bio. Clients go from your grid to a sent request with placement and references. You can also download a Scan-to-book QR code for the shop.

Do clients need an account?

No. A name and an email are enough. The confirmation email carries a manage link, and clients can cancel from it up to 24 hours before.

Can I hide the styles or palette questions?

Yes. In Settings you switch off the styles, palette, and reference image sections and reorder the ones you keep.

What happens after I confirm?

The client gets a confirmation email with the date, a Google Calendar link, and directions. Reminders go out by email 24 hours and 1 hour before the session.
