BookingMaven is nail salon booking software for salons and independent nail artists. Your booking page shows services with durations, prices, and photos, your team, reviews, and hours, plus a gallery of your sets on Solo and up. Clients pick a nail tech and an open time, book as guests in about a minute, and get confirmation and reminder emails. Every booking reserves that tech's time, so a two-hour set never overlaps a fill. Start free with one tech and add a team later without changing your link.
Clients see your team with photos and specialties, or start from the service if you set service-first in Settings.
Manicures, gel, dip, acrylic, fills, removals, and art, each with the duration and price you set, and a photo if you add one.
Only open slots show. A slot step of 15 or 30 minutes and a buffer between clients are yours to set.
Name and email, optional phone. Clients can create an account to manage bookings and rebook. You confirm from the dashboard and the email goes out.

A name and an email are all a guest needs.
Example of the booking flow. Names and services are illustrative; your page shows your own team and menu, no prices shown here.
Add a photo to each service on every plan. On Solo and up, upload sets to the gallery tab and choose the Conversion style to put photos first. On Business, the Immersive style turns the page into a full-screen showcase.
Bookings go through a slot ledger that checks the tech, the time, and the service length. No double bookings, even when two clients book at the same moment.
Each nail tech has a profile with a photo and specialties, and their own bookings. Block time off per tech from the calendar.
Clients get a booking-received email with a Google Calendar link and directions, a confirmation when you accept, and reminders 24 hours and 1 hour before. On every plan.
Clients with an account leave a review from their dashboard once you mark the appointment completed. Reviews show on your page, and on Solo and up you reply from the dashboard.
Connect Stripe and use the POS tab to charge a card, record cash, or copy a payment link when the set is done.
Free covers 1 nail tech, 5 services, and 5 bookings a month. Solo is $14 a month with unlimited bookings, Team is $34 a month for up to 5 techs, and Business is $74 a month with unlimited techs and services; Solo and Team start with a 14-day free trial.
See pricingYes. Each service can carry its own photo on every plan, and the gallery tab is on Solo and up. The Conversion style on Solo and up and the Immersive style on Business put photos front and center; Minimal is a clean text-first layout.
